what to expect from a consultation
Before your initial consultation, you’ll be asked to fill out a questionnaire and a three day food diary. During our first session, we’ll dive deep into your health challenges, reviewing your body systems, medical history, and other key factors such as diet, emotional trauma, genetics, lifestyle, and environment. This helps me to pinpoint the underlying cause of your symptoms. You’ll receive a tailored plan with nutritional and lifestyle recommendations, along with helpful handouts and recipes.
My approach prioritises whole foods, focusing on dietary changes whenever possible. However, supplements and herbs will be recommended where appropriate. I can also arrange and interpret functional testing if needed, please get in touch if you would like to discuss this further. Follow-up consultations typically occur four weeks after the initial session. We’ll review your progress, address any ongoing or new concerns, and make adjustments to your plan. To achieve meaningful results, I encourage clients to commit to a minimum of 3 sessions. This gives us the time to uncover the root cause of your symptoms, conduct any necessary tests, and create a more tailored plan for lasting improvements.
